`FAQPage` regression on `/steg/numero-vert` — shared component
Entry TN-002 in Tunisia's register.
The FAQPage JSON-LD block has disappeared from /steg/numero-vert (confirmed
live, cf-cache-status: MISS). Traced to commit 5fcc623d66f (2026-08-14, PR
#15759): app/Support/FaqAnswer.php and the rewrite of
components/accordion/index.blade.php only render the schema if ($faqEntities) —
an empty PHP array being falsy, the whole block vanishes instead of degrading per
item.
Outside TN scope (hard rule 5): the fix lives in a component shared across the
fleet. Repro: /steg/numero-vert, 5 questions expected including one in Arabic
RTL, no FAQPage emitted. Route to whoever owns PR #15759.
Note 2026-08-18: the "no PHP runtime" blocker the audit reported was a limit of
the orchestrator container. php 8.2 exists on the host, so this is reproducible
in an interactive session.
Answer (2026-08-21, Fred): "D-002 rework the component directly on the tunisia website for now" — restated 2026-08-27: "duplicate the faq to the country".
So: do not wait for the shared component, and do not edit it either (hard rule 5
stands). The TN site gets its own copy of the FAQ/accordion rendering, emitting
FAQPage per item, and lives with the duplication until the shared fix lands.
The answer sat unrecorded for six days: it was sent to Chat on 2026-08-21 as
@countryos D-002 rework the component…, and the dispatcher — which has to pick a
task from free text — could not tell "write this answer down" from "go do this work",
replied asking which, and got no second try. Meanwhile decisions-escalate kept
re-raising the entry weekly (2026-08-20, 2026-08-27), asking for an answer that had
already been given. A reply that opens with a register id now routes straight to
decisions-answer with no model in the way (orchestrator/src/dispatch.js).
This entry was D-002 until 2026-08-27, when ids became country-prefixed. The two
quotes above keep the spelling Fred actually typed — a quote that gets retro-renamed
is no longer a quote.
Now runnable, not run: tn:seo-fixes (autonomy pr, draft PR) carries the local
FAQ rendering for /steg/numero-vert. The shared defect stays with whoever owns cms
PR #15759 — cms#16773 was closed without a fix, so the fleet-wide bug is unowned again
and is no longer TN's to chase.
