Biggest finding: the 374 power-outage pages (/coupures/{gouvernorat}[/{municipality}], shipped 2026-06-29, never audited before) — directly relevant to this month's outage-crisis business opportunity — are 100% missing from sitemap.xml and 100% over title/meta length guidelines (worst case 106/207 chars), both fixable via 2-3 file template/config edits. Report saved to reports/2026-07-27-seo-audit.md, journal updated, and tn:seo-fixes was triggered (task-1785139767120-e6fc2e) since no open seo-fixes PR existed and 5 mechanical items were found.

/seo-audit (via task tn:seo-audit:...55e0bb) found the 13 static pages/annuaire templates unchanged since 07-03 (re-verified live, scores carried forward), but expanded scope to the /coupures/{gouvernorat}[/{municipality}] outage pages (feature merged 2026-06-29, never audited before) — 374 pages, well-built (invokable controllers, live feed, BreadcrumbList+FAQPage JSON-LD) but with two systemic template-level gaps: 100% of pages exceeded title/meta length guidelines (worst case 106-char title / 207-char meta, from compound municipality names), and none were in sitemap.xml (no generator was added when the feature shipped). This triggered /seo-fixes (task tn:seo-audit:...55e0bb → tn:seo-fixes), which implemented all 4 mechanical top actions on branch countryos/tn/2026-07-27-seo-fixes (from origin/develop), 4 commits, pushed, draft PR opened: https://github.com/Selectra-Dev/cms/pull/12649. ogImage (non-mechanical, flagged 3rd run) stayed out of scope per the skill.

What was done: (1) added 2 sitemap generators for the 374 outage pages, mirroring the /annuaire pattern; (2) rewrote the title/meta templates in coupures/_gouvernorat.blade.php and _municipalite.blade.php; (3) added Organization/WebSite JSON-LD to the homepage (finally — flagged 2 runs running), sourced only from config/cms.php + /mentions-legales facts already in the repo; (4) trimmed the 2 static-page title outliers (/steg/raccordement-gaz, /steg/solaire), unresolved for 2 runs.

Key lesson for next run: for a template shared across N generated pages, "verify ≤65/≤160 chars" means verify against every real name in the data file, not just the audit's worst-case example. The naive fix (just trim the old suffix a bit) still failed for ~17/350 municipalities with long compound names — wrote a small node script to enumerate every real (name, gouvernorat) pair from outage-governorates.php/outage-municipalities.php and confirm max title/meta length across all of them before committing. The single longest municipality name is 44 chars ("El Achech Boujarboue El Aouadna Majel Eddarj", Sfax) — that one entry drove the whole template redesign (had to drop the parenthetical governorate name from the municipality title to fit; confirmed zero name collisions across governorates first, so this doesn't create duplicate <title>s).

Also noted: no php CLI in this environment either (only node) — parsed the .php data files with node regex instead of requiring them. No local Docker/Sail env available to HTTP-smoke-test — flagged in the PR body for human review instead.

Still open, unaddressed across 4+ runs now: ogImage site-wide, FAQ accordions on 5 /steg/* pages, and the Closure-route route:cache issue in sites/tunisie-electricite.com/routes/web.php — all still need dedicated tasks.

Next run: once PR #12649 is reviewed (merged or closed), re-run /seo-audit for a fresh baseline covering both the static pages and the 374 outage pages.
