No classification fits cleanly (not spam, not auto-ack, not really "irrelevant" either); filed as irrelevant + human_queue since there's nothing to extract or act on, flagging it as possibly a failed HTML-only email whose plain-text part never got captured by fetch_mail.mjs.
• Stauferwerk's site (GIPS! CMS) renders download links via JS — a plain curl of the Netzzugang-Entgelte page returned zero href attributes at all (not even navigation links), even though the page loaded fine (HTTP
  200. and had real content. The WebFetch tool (which renders/interprets the page rather than just fetching raw HTML) found the actual PDF links where curl could not. Worth trying WebFetch before concluding a page has "no downloadable Preisblatt" when curl comes back suspiciously empty — likely other GIPS!-based municipal utility sites behave the same way.
• Energienetze Mittelrhein's human reply contradicted its own published Preisblatt: the reply said "Modul 3 ist bei uns noch nicht aktiv und zurzeit noch in Klärung", but the linked Netzentgelte page's current Preisblatt 3 (Stand 17.12.2025, gültig ab 01.01.2026) fully publishes Modul 3 rates and quarterly windows, explicitly stating it applies "ab 01.04.2025".
