Bonus cross-resolution worth flagging as a pattern: the Enkenbach-Alsenborn reply carried two PDF attachments for two legally distinct MaStR entities sharing one contact address — Verbandsgemeindewerke Enkenbach-Alsenborn (SNB932161540975, the matched thread) and Gemeindewerke Enkenbach-Alsenborn - Elektrizitätswerk (SNB986931195988, a different open thread with its own prior reminders in followups-sent.jsonl, silent until now). Extracted and filed a finding for both mastr_nrs from the one email — worth checking future multi-entity municipal replies for the same pattern (shared Verbandsgemeinde/Ortsgemeinde admin, one mailbox, several MaStR-Nrn).
