The most notable finding was CMS-ZD: its Sentry shortId had silently regrouped a brand-new 2251-event bug (`assurance.souscription-banner` missing on jechange.fr) under an old fingerprint from a trivial 1-event issue — confirmed it was already fixed by a same-day human PR, no action needed.
