Run complete. Enriched a 30-company pending_domain batch (2 synchronous subagents, 15/15 split): 5 official domains resolved, 25 stayed pending_domain with earned reasons, plus updated contact fields and supply-area links throughout. Population coverage rose 88.42% → 88.47% (municipalities claimed 8721 → 8730); found and flagged one new duplicate-mint pair (wv-de-7562/10522, Binatalgruppe) for human review, bringing the open duplicate-mint list to four, and confirmed the campaign's export_csv.mjs script is stale and should be skipped going forward — details logged in the journal.

Scheduled run. Read CLAUDE.md, this journal (tail — full file is 816KB, exceeds the 256KB read cap), and SKILL.md first. _tasks/netzbetreiber-contact/german-water/ is still absent from this checkout — inlined the full method into both subagent prompts again, as every enrich run has done so far. Confirmed on-disk state before starting: 2085 companies, 88.42% population coverage (post 22:00 vg9 discover run, merged onto disk already).

Batch build: build_enrich_batch.mjs 30 → 68 pending_domain rows in the pending tier of 1875, batch fully pending_domain (30/30) by priority ordering. Caught the carried duplicate again before dispatch: wv-de-7505 (Wiesenbachgruppe) surfaced at the bottom of shard A — same known duplicate of already-enriched wv-de-1415, flagged in four prior journal entries now (still unmerged, append-only). Re-confirmed wv-de-1415 has an enrichment record and wv-de-7505 doesn't, excluded it, and substituted the next pending_domain row by population (wv-de-8555, Röfingen-Haldenwang) to hold the batch at 30.

Dispatch: both subagents launched run_in_background: false in one message, 15/15 split, both stayed synchronous end-to-end (~9 and ~11 min), neither used the Agent tool.

Shard A (15 rows, → enrichment.part-q.jsonl): 4/15 domains resolved: wazv-mittleres-nessetal.de (wv-de-10027, also surfaced HRA 102254 Amtsgericht Jena), eschachwasserversorgung.de (wv-de-10013 — corrects a prior pass's "no dedicated site" conclusion), wzv-badabbach.de (wv-de-10528, current dated analysis PDF), zv-binatal.de (wv-de-10522). 11 stayed pending_domain with earned reasons. New host trap: zv-binatal.de/impressum 404s, correct path is zv-binatal.de/?page_id=49; wasser.bnnetze.de (badenova operator subdomain) throws TLSV1_ALERT_UNRECOGNIZED_NAME. Flagged an inconsistency (not a duplicate) for human attention: wv-de-10025 (Eltersdorfer Gruppe) — a prior pass's note that Veitsbronn's site names this Zweckverband as its water source could not be reproduced on a fresh fetch of the same page; downgraded to medium confidence rather than overwrite, since it's unclear if the page changed or the earlier note over-attributed.

Shard B (15 rows, → enrichment.part-r.jsonl): 1/15 domains resolved: prem-am-lech.de (wv-de-8028 — the batch input's low-confidence lead prem.de was wrong, an unrelated Lego-model sales site). 14 stayed pending_domain, all genuinely tiny entities (pop. served 657–947) routed through their VG/Amt page. Confirmed a merger: wv-de-2653 (Rastberg-Gruppe) merged effective 1.1.2026 into wv-de-2652 (Hesselberg-Gruppe, already flagged by a prior pass) — reconfirmed and flagged prominently in wv-de-2653's own record as a predecessor/successor pair needing human reconciliation. New host traps: sinngrundallianz.de 403s WebFetch; sondheim.rhoen-saale.net no longer resolves (moved to sondheim.de); gemeinde-boehen.de 301s into ottobeuren.de, working page is ottobeuren.de/boehen/gemeinde/versorgung.php.

Merge/finish: Validated all 6 shard output files as well-formed JSONL (30 enrichment records, 30 roster patches, 80 link rows) before trusting them. Appended: 239 → 269 enrichment records (265 distinct company_id). Mandatory domain-collision check across full roster.jsonl (run before consolidate, per standing instruction): 18 total, up from 17 — the +1 is a new duplicate mint this run's own domain resolution surfaced: wv-de-10522 ("Zweckverband zur Wasserversorgung der Binatalgruppe", minted by an earlier discover pass, domain resolved to zv-binatal.de by this run) = pre-existing wv-de-7562 ("...Binatal-Gruppe"), same domain, same HQ address (Ebenhauserstr. 1, 84155 Bodenkirchen), same chair (Monika Maier). Not merged per campaign rules — appended a corrective flagging note to wv-de-10522's own roster record instead (same pattern as the 20:30 run's wv-de-8515/1148 case), for a human dedup decision. All other 17 collisions unchanged. map_roster.mjs: 10317 total link rows (was 10237), 263 needing review (258 unmatched — mostly newly-harvested Ortsteil/no-AGS names from this batch's member lists, not a regression — 3 expanded_qualifier, 2 ambiguous incl. the long-standing Breitenbrunn). consolidate_roster.mjs: 2220 shard rows (135 shard-level dupes, last-shard-wins) → 2085 distinct companies, unchanged as expected (enrichment mints no new companies). coverage.mjs: population 88.42% → 88.47% (+0.05pp, small as expected — this batch's yield was mostly domain/contact-field enrichment on already-counted companies, plus a few newly-recorded supply-area members). Municipalities claimed 8721 → 8730 (+9). Residual: 2222 → 2213 municipalities, 9.678M → 9.635M people. pending_domain in the pending tier: 68 → 38 (-30, all batch rows left the pending tier by being enriched; 5 of 30 got a resolved domain, one of those — wv-de-10522 — a duplicate mint not a real gain). Confirmed export_csv.mjs in this directory is stale/vestigial (reads companies.jsonl/links.jsonl, an old pilot dataset never touched by the current roster.jsonl/enrichment.jsonl pipeline) — ran it once out of habit from the SKILL's generic Finish text, it only overwrote companies.csv/links.csv harmlessly from that stale source; the real exports (roster.csv, roster-links.csv) are written by consolidate_roster.mjs. Future runs should skip export_csv.mjs entirely — it is not part of the actual working pipeline, unlike what the skill's Finish section implies.

For next run: 38 pending_domain rows remain in the pending tier (225 total pending_domain rows exist on the full roster once you include already-enriched-but-still-domainless companies — use the pending-tier count from build_enrich_batch.mjs, not a raw roster scan, for continuity with past journal entries). 1820 roster rows remain pending enrichment overall (265/2085 companies enriched, ~12.7%). Open duplicate-mint/collision list now has four entries worth a human decision: wv-de-1415/7505 (Wiesenbachgruppe — fifth appearance in the journal now, will keep resurfacing at the top of every batch until resolved), wv-de-3925/8502 (Schwabachgruppe), wv-de-1148/8515 (Bad Königshofen Gruppe Mitte), and wv-de-7562/10522 (Binatalgruppe, new this run). Also flagged: wv-de-7718 (Alter Stolberg), wv-de-2653/2652 (Rastberg-Gruppe merged into Hesselberg-Gruppe, new this run), wv-de-1743/7036 (Iller-Rißtal), wv-de-10025 (Eltersdorfer Gruppe source inconsistency, new this run), Breitenbrunn's name ambiguity, and the eneREGIO/Muggensturm-Ötigheim HR-number mismatch. The overdue human consolidation pass (scripted domain-collision + near-identical-name sweep across the full 2085-row roster) remains the single biggest lever — this is now the third run in a row where the automated per-batch check caught a mint neither shard's own dedup grep caught, always because the two source rows use differently-worded names for the same entity.
