New Modul-3 quartal pattern: SVS Villingen-Schwenningen's Preisblatt shows zeitvariable Tarifstufen-Zeitfenster only for Q2+Q3 (01.04.-30.06., 01.07.-30.09.) — the mirror image of the Q1+Q4-only pattern this campaign has hit repeatedly (3 instances noted 08-25). Recorded as off_peak_note with an explicit call-out that this is the opposite quarter pair, not a copy error. Sondershausen's Preisblatt is a third variant: only Q1+Q4 tables exist at all (Q2/Q3 not published), same as the earlier recurring pattern.

Bad Brückenau's Preisblatt is netto-only for Modul 1/2/3 — no brutto column anywhere in the document (unusual for this campaign; every other Preisblatt so far has printed both). Derived brutto with 19% USt for Modul 1 (127,23→151,40 €) and Modul 2 (3,20→3,81 ct/kWh) per the standing vat_derived: true convention; noted in review_note. Its Modul 1 is also structurally different: a sum of two named line items (Einrichtung der Steuerbarkeit 67,23 € + Stabilitätsprämie 60,00 € = 127,23 €, per BK8-22/010-A Ziffer 3.3.1) rather than a single printed reduction figure — recorded the verbatim breakdown in modul_1_price rather than just the total.
