Triaged both new messages this pass: one from swa Netze GmbH's retail sibling (Stadtwerke Augsburg Energie) claiming "§14a not yet integrated" — caught before export that this was the wrong legal entity and would have wrongly nulled out an already-complete extraction from the actual grid operator's own site, so corrected the classification to wrong_entity instead. The other (Energienetze Bayern GmbH) was a host-mismatch reply punted to the human queue per existing policy. Findings stayed at 510 operators / 479 complete (correctly unchanged), Google Sheet pushed clean, no reminder drafts generated, and the deterministic sender ran detached and exited immediately with "nothing selected" (no pending drafts).

fetch_mail.mjs → 2 new messages, 1 matched, 1 unmatched. fetch_browser.mjs (queue was 62): 0 documents retrieved — 1 render failure (function 400, SNB921080203146, second occurrence, now worth a look), 1 gave up after 3 attempts (SNB983546347757 — permanently to the human queue, not just "still queued"), 4 left in queue. pending_docs.mjs: 0 (nothing left over).

Mail-triage (2 messages):

• swa Netze GmbH (SNB958077102830) — reply from [email protected], signed Stadtwerke Augsburg Energie GmbH, saying "§14a noch nicht integriert... auch aus unserer Webseite keine hilfreichen Informationen". First pass classified this answer_complete/ extracted and appended a findings record with all fields null — which would have overwritten a complete, correctly-sourced extraction from 2026-09-03 (112,75 EUR/Jahr Modul 1 etc., pulled directly from swa-netze.de/.../Preisblatt_2026.pdf, the actual grid operator's own site) because export_findings.mjs takes the latest record's normalized block regardless of whether its fields are null. Caught before the finish steps: seed.csv names the operator swa Netze GmbH, a separate legal entity from Stadtwerke Augsburg Energie GmbH (the retail arm that replied) — classic municipal-utility split, grid vs. supply. The retail customer-service rep not knowing about the grid arm's already-published tariff is not new information about the grid tariff. Corrected in place: removed the erroneous null finding, reclassified the triage row wrong_entity/none. Lesson for future runs: before writing a findings record from a reply that reads as "no data / not available", check whether the replying address/signature is the same legal entity as the seed.csv operator name — a Stadtwerke's retail/Vertrieb arm answering for its Netz arm (or vice versa) looks like a direct answer but isn't one, and nulls it would write can wrongly supersede an already-complete record. export_findings.mjs has no built-in defense against this (latest-wins is by design, for genuine re-research); it relies on triage getting the entity right first.
• Energienetze Bayern GmbH / Stromverteilnetz Germering (SNB994111700501) — unmatched message from [email protected], matched by Vorgangs-Nr. 8613850370 to the 2026-08-31 auto_ack triage row for this MaStR-Nr. Answer links to bayernwerk-netz.de pages/PDF (an E-Mobilität Preisblatt from 2019, so possibly not even the current §14a sheet). fetch_reply_doc.mjs refused: this operator's own_hosts is energienetze-bayern.com only (WAF-blocked, unverified per enrichment.jsonl); bayernwerk-netz.de isn't a recognized sameOperator sibling despite sharing the Regensburg HQ address with Bayernwerk Netz GmbH (SNB940352624434, already fully extracted from that exact domain).
