Summary: Ran the wasserversorger-enrich batch of 45 water suppliers (0 pending_domain in queue, so purely population-priority) via two parallel foreground subagents, verified their outputs (45/45 present, zero collisions/duplicates, zero non-suppliers), and merged into master files: enrichment.jsonl 1889→1934 records (1929 distinct companies), roster-links.jsonl +165 links, roster-links.csv 17192→17301 distinct. Population coverage holds steady at 99.99% (24 residual municipalities, 11,023 people) as expected since this batch enriched already-claimed companies rather than new ones.

Field recovery was strong on core contact fields (name/address/phone/website/email mostly 19-23 of 45 combined), weaker on opening hours as usual, and two roster corrections surfaced (Stadtwerke Malchow's larger true supply footprint, Stadtwerke Münchberg's HRA number). One item flagged for human review: two operators got contact_form_url: found based on a JS "loading" placeholder rather than a verified form — no fabricated contact data, but a softer verification than the rule calls for. build_enrich_batch_excl.mjs 45 → 0 pending_domain again, batch drawn purely by population priority (roster 3375, enriched 1884 entering, 1511 pending). Split shard A (23) / shard B (22), each dispatched to one top-level Agent call run in the foreground in parallel, told explicitly not to spawn nested sub-agents and to append after each company. Both ran to completion unattended (236 + 163 tool calls); shard B's agent also wrote its own journal entry directly (the "shardB-enrich-20260905-0030" entry immediately above this one) — that covers shard B's per-field detail, this entry covers the merge and shard A's detail.

Verification before merge: both shard files validated as clean JSON (23 + 22 lines, 0 bad, no duplicate ids), all 45 batch company_ids present across the two outputs, zero collisions with the existing 1889 master records, zero extras. enrichment.jsonl 1889 → 1934 (+45, 1929 distinct company_ids). map_roster.mjs: 20368 → 20533 links (+165, matching the shards' 44+121 link records exactly). consolidate_roster.mjs: still 177 shards / 3375 distinct companies (unchanged, expected); roster-links.csv 17301 distinct after dedup (+109 net). coverage.mjs: population 99.99% → 99.99% (unchanged, expected — batch enriches already-claimed companies), same 24 residual municipalities / 11,023 people, Hartmannsdorf- Reichenau still largest at 1,040.

Non-suppliers found: 0 — all 45 confirmed genuine drinking-water operators (shard A's near-miss checks all held up).

Roster corrections from shard A:

• wv-de-15521 Stadtwerke Münchberg: found HRA 3700, Amtsgericht Hof (was unresolved).
• wv-de-949 Stadtwerke Malchow: found HRA 1448 — an Eigenbetrieb with a Handelsregister entry, an exception to the usual KdöR/AöR pattern. Also its true footprint is larger than the 8-member Amt Malchow list: 4 separate Wasserwerke (Malchow, Kogel, Drewitz, Stuer/MEWA) serving 24+ named localities; Kogel, Drewitz and Suckow are new to the roster.
• wv-de-16021 GVV Plüderhausen-Urbach: Walkersbach confirmed as a genuine separate supply zone (Zweckverband Menzlesmühle, own dated lab report), correcting the roster's earlier "informational only" read.

New host traps, shard A (all JS-rendered or encoding issues, not access bans): kuemmersbruck.de, sg-nienstaedt.de, emmerthal.de (nolis.de CMS) serve an identical static JS shell on every path to curl/WebFetch — contact details from these were not recorded as scraped facts even where a web-search snippet suggested one, since neither could be verified first-party. huenfelden.de hides email/phone behind a JS contact-details web-component. nersingen.de and markt-koesching.de serve Windows-1252/ISO-8859-1 pages that plain grep silently treats as binary and skips — needs grep -a. zwv-hexental.de/ueber-uns/kontakt 401s to a plain request while the rest of the domain is open. augustdorf.de relaunched its URL structure; old indexed paths return thin stub pages, not 404s — can masquerade as "checked and empty." Neuried and Hexental's hw_-templated sites expose clean schema.org JSON-LD on their Impressum, a fast extraction shortcut for that template family.

One thing worth a second look: shard B recorded contact_form_url as found (medium confidence) for two operators (hoechst-i-odw.de, stadt-oberzent.de) based on a "Formular wird geladen…" JS placeholder rather than a verified rendered form — a softer read of "actual form is present" than the SKILL.md rule asks for. Not a fabricated contact detail (no email/phone invented), but worth a human spot-check before those two rows are trusted as fully verified.

For next run: continue with build_enrich_batch_excl.mjs 45. Still 0 pending_domain, 1466 other pending (3375 roster total, 1929 distinct company_ids enriched, 6 excluded). New standing items from this pass: Malchow's expanded footprint (Kogel/Drewitz/Suckow need adding to the roster), Walkersbach zone confirmation, the two medium-confidence contact-form reads above. All prior standing items carried in the 2026-09-04 20:30 entry (Lenggries duplicate-mint, Illergruppe role correction, Kirkel/KEW Neunkirchen, Gommern retry, stadtwerke-mengen.de TLS trap, and the long tail of older items back to Beelitz/Meerane) and the ones newly added in shard B's own entry above (Heiligenhafen, Perl, Wölfersheim, Lütjenburg HRA, Birkenau/Bad König URLs) remain open, none touched this pass.
