Everything checks out consistently. Not a git repo, so no commit needed — the data files are the persistence layer.

Enriched 45 German water suppliers (23 + 22 via two parallel foreground agents, no nested sub-agents), verified both output shards as clean/complete with zero collisions, and merged into the master files: enrichment.jsonl 1974→2019 distinct companies, roster-links 20775→20994 links. Population coverage holds steady at 99.99% (24 residual municipalities, ~11k people) since this batch enriched already-claimed companies rather than adding new ones; all 45 were confirmed genuine drinking-water operators (0 non-suppliers), with 30/45 analysis URLs recovered and several roster corrections (e.g. Pullach's unexpected Handelsregister entry, Gemeindewerke Kahl misclassified legal form, Memmelsdorf/Großenlüder supply-area undercounts) flagged for human review in the journal. 1376 companies remain pending for the next scheduled run.

build_enrich_batch_excl.mjs 45 → 0 pending_domain again (roster 3375, enriched 1974 entering, 1421 pending, 6 standing duplicate-mint pairs excluded). Split shard A (23) / shard B (22), each dispatched to one top-level Agent call run in the foreground in parallel, told explicitly not to spawn nested sub-agents and to append after each company. Both ran to completion unattended (203 + 155 tool calls) and each wrote its own journal entry directly (the two entries immediately above this one) — this entry covers verification and the merge.

Verification before merge: both shard files validated as clean JSON (23 + 22 lines, 0 bad, no duplicate ids), all 45 batch company_ids present across the two outputs with no missing/extra, zero collisions with the existing 1974 master records. enrichment.jsonl 1979 → 2024 lines (1974 → 2019 distinct company_ids, +45). map_roster.mjs: 20775 → 20994 links (+219, matching the shards' 88+131 link records exactly). consolidate_roster.mjs: still 177 shards / 3375 distinct companies (unchanged, expected); roster-links.csv 17705 distinct after dedup (+194 net). coverage.mjs: population 99.99% → 99.99% (unchanged, expected — batch enriches already-claimed companies), same 24 residual municipalities / 11,023 people, Hartmannsdorf- Reichenau still largest at 1,040.

Non-suppliers found: 0 — all 45 confirmed genuine drinking-water operators.

Field recovery (45 companies, both shards combined): name/phone/website_url/ supply_area_municipalities ~45/45; address 42/45 found (3 not_found); email 37/45 found (7 not_found, 1 not_published); short_name mostly not_published; contact_form_url 16 found/24 not_published or not_found; emergency_phone_number 27 found/8 not_published (earned)/10 not_found; opening-hours fields weakest again (address 29/45, phone 17/45 found); handelsregister_nr mostly not_applicable, several genuine finds (incl. two corrections below). Analysis locator: 12/23 (shard A) + 18/22 (shard B) = 30/45 got a real analysis_url; multi_zone true for 6/23 + 6/22 ≈ 27% combined — notably lower than the campaign's ~70% prior, driven by this batch skewing toward small single-Gemeinde self-suppliers (both shards flagged this).

Roster corrections from this batch, flagged for human review (full detail in the two shard entries above):

• wv-de-18013 VBS Pullach: AöR with a Handelsregister entry (HRA 108308) — another exception to the usual KdöR/AöR-means-no-HR pattern, joining wv-de-949 Malchow from the prior batch.
• wv-de-4334 Gemeindewerke Kahl: roster wrongly called it a "gemeindeeigene Einrichtung" with not_applicable HR; it's an mbH, HRB 8565 — flags the whole "~75 small self-supply Gemeinden, bulk sweep, not Impressum-verified" cohort for a spot-check.
• wv-de-8052 vs wv-de-8048 (Reckenberg-Gruppe / Riegelsteingruppe): a member-list conflict between Wikipedia and the roster's own prior synthesis, unresolved.
• wv-de-17513 Memmelsdorf, wv-de-18005 Großenlüder (missing Kleinlüder), and others: materially bigger supply-area structure than the roster showed — same pattern as the last two batches (Trollmühle/Paunzhausen).
• wv-de-17522 Neuried (Lkr. München): possible non-self-supplier — search snippets say it connected to Stadtwerke München's network in 1953; not reclassified, flagged only.
• Several member-list/attribution questions needing human reconciliation: wv-de-18016 vs wv-de-18014 (Allersberg-Ort/Brunnbach-Gruppe shared analysis page), wv-de-954 Amt Kisdorf (retail pass-through vs. independent Eigenbetrieb), wv-de-18505 Garching a.d.Alz and wv-de-18510 Schierling (both reference other water suppliers whose own roster rows should be checked), wv-de-18508 Blankenheim (address discrepancy, possibly two real buildings).

New host traps this batch: reckenberg-gruppe.de confirmed on the same durably-banned IP (78.46.40.200) as fernwasser-franken.de — a third campaign company now blocked by that one ban; riegelsteingruppe.de fails TLS on both www and bare https:// (cert is *.kasserver.com) but works over plain http://, same shape as the bodensee-wasserversorgung.de entry; borgholzhausen.de's entire Wasserwerk subtree now 404s live (worse than the prior "some old sub-paths 404" note); frammersbach.de 403s WebFetch but 200s a browser-UA curl (same pattern as liederbach.eu); eslohe.de points its water-hardness PDFs at web.archive.org copies instead of live files; a "Stadtwerke Neustadt" name collision across three unrelated towns (an der Orla / bei Coburg / an der Aisch) that could cause a wrong attribution; no python3 in this environment despite the skill/README assuming it — worked around with small Node scripts.

For next run: continue with build_enrich_batch_excl.mjs 45. Still 0 pending_domain, 1376 other pending (3375 roster total, 2019 distinct company_ids enriched, 6 excluded). New standing items from this pass: Pullach's HR exception, Kahl's bulk-sweep-cohort question, Reckenberg/ Riegelstein member-list conflict, Memmelsdorf/Großenlüder undercounts, Neuried self-supply question, Allersberg/Brunnbach shared-analysis question, Amt Kisdorf retail-pass-through question, Garching/Schierling referenced-supplier check, Blankenheim address discrepancy.
