Enriched 45 more German water suppliers (23+22 shards, both foreground/synchronous, no losses) and merged cleanly into enrichment.jsonl (2199→2244 distinct companies), roster-links.jsonl (+225 links, exact match to shard output), with population coverage unchanged at 99.99% (24 residual municipalities). All 45 confirmed genuine active suppliers; one item flagged for human review — Stadt Wassertrüdingen (wv-de-18803) appears to have merged into a brand-new KdöR ("Hesselberg-Gruppe") effective 2026-01-01, which may need reconciling against existing Rastberg-/Hesselberg-Gruppe roster rows to avoid double-counting.

build_enrich_batch_excl.mjs 45 enrich-20260906-1030 → 0 pending_domain (roster 3375, 2199 enriched entering, 1196 pending, 6 standing duplicate-mint pairs excluded). Note: a first, malformed invocation (node build_enrich_batch_excl.mjs --help) wrote empty shards to the default -excl.json filenames before this — harmless (those were stale placeholder files, not read by anything downstream) but worth flagging so a future run doesn't mistake --help for a supported flag on this script. Split shard A (23) / shard B (22), dispatched as two foreground top-level Agent calls (run_in_background: false) in one message, each explicitly told not to spawn its own sub-agents or background work. Both ran to completion synchronously (47 min / 36 min wall-clock per the tool's reported duration), writing incrementally to their own shard files.

Verification before merge: shard A wrote 23/23 lines to enrichment.part-shardA-enrich-20260906-1030.jsonl, shard B 22/22 to enrichment.part-shardB-enrich-20260906-1030.jsonl, both 0 bad JSON lines. Exact match against the two batch files (0 missing, 0 extra), 0 collisions with the existing 2199 records. Appended into enrichment.jsonl: 2204 → 2249 lines (2199 → 2244 distinct company_ids, +45). map_roster.mjs: 21561 → 21786 links (+225, matching the shards' 75+150 exactly). consolidate_roster.mjs: still 177 shards / 3375 distinct companies (unchanged, expected); roster-links.csv 18425 distinct after dedup (+204). coverage.mjs: population 99.99% → 99.99% (unchanged, expected), same 24 residual municipalities / 11,023 people, Hartmannsdorf-Reichenau still largest at 1,040. Ran the legacy export_csv.mjs out of habit before remembering it's the known-stale script pointed at dead companies.jsonl/links.jsonl (flagged stale in the 2026-09-03 entries) — it wrote 25/977 rows from that dead source, harmless, not part of the real pipeline; skip it in future runs, it does nothing useful.

Non-suppliers found: 0 — all 45 confirmed genuine, currently active drinking-water suppliers (shard details already logged in the two per-shard entries above: field recovery, analysis-locator hit rates, host/technique traps, and the individual flagged items).

New standing item from this pass: shard A flagged wv-de-18803 Stadt Wassertrüdingen as a live merger — its supply combined with Zweckverband Rastberg-Gruppe and Zweckverband Hesselberg-Gruppe into a new KdöR (hesselberg-gruppe.de) effective 2026-01-01. Needs a human decision on whether the roster already carries separate Rastberg-Gruppe/Hesselberg-Gruppe rows that should be merged into wv-de-18803 to avoid double-counting the same organisation.

For next run: continue with build_enrich_batch_excl.mjs 45 (use a real batch tag, not --help).
